Refund policy

At AwesomePhotoz, we take great pride in the quality of our fine-art prints and restoration services. Because our prints and canvases are custom-made to order, we have established the following policy to ensure clarity for our collectors.

1. Damages and Issues (Inspection)

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at awesomephotoz@outlook.com

To process a replacement for damaged goods, we require:

Your order number.
Photographic evidence of the damage to the item and the packaging.

Once we verify the damage, we will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you at no additional cost.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Because each piece is printed and framed specifically for you:

We do not accept returns or exchanges for "change of mind."
We cannot accept returns on gift cards or custom restoration services once the digital work has commenced.

3. How to Initiate a Return (Damaged Goods Only)

If your item arrived damaged, please follow these steps:

Email awesomephotoz@outlook.com within 7 days of delivery.
Include your "Damage Photo Evidence" in the email.
We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on whether the item needs to be sent back to our Moreton Bay studio or disposed of.

4. Processing Times

Replacement Approval: Once your evidence is received, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your replacement within 2 business days.
Production Time: If approved, your new print will enter our production queue immediately (Standard production is 3–7 business days).
Refunds: In the rare event that a refund is granted, it will be processed back to your original payment method. Please remember it can take 5–10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
